Are your products safe?

PestX uses premium, name-brand products backed by extensive industry research and years of customer service knowledge. We only use the safest products and will advise you of any safety considerations both before and after your treatments. An example is Altriset, one of the safest termite treatments on the market. It’s actually not even classified as a poison, yet it’s lethal to termite colonies.

Do you work after-hours?

As a customer-focused business, we do our best to make things happen when you need it done – typically speaking we routinely work 6am to 6pm weekdays, but urgent and emergency services outside of hours are available. What kind of guarantee do you offer?

We offer competitive long guarantees, use the best products available, and have the best customer focused technicians to give you the best results. Warranty periods range from years to months depending on the service offered. Please enquire about your treatment warranty when asking for a quote.

What area(s) do you service?

PestX Pest Control mostly works in the Central Queensland region, predominantly Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emu Park, Gracemere, Parkhurst, Mount Morgan, Cawarral, The Caves, Alton Downs and Bajool. We can also service Biloela, Blackwater, Emerald and Coal fields. PestX does provide a nation-wide service for national clients and certain contracts and services, don’t be afraid to ask us if can help you. PestX also sub-contracts to national companies such as Rentokil.

What happens to my pets while you’re doing a pest control treatment?

Mostly we can work around your pets, however if we believe that our treatment may have any effect on your pets, we’ll advise you well in advance so that you can arrange things for them. Otherwise, generally you just need to make sure that fish, birds and other small animals are covered during treatment, and that larger dogs and cats don’t come onto to treated areas until they are dry. We’re extremely pet-friendly! Ask us how to work with your pets when you call.

Do all carpet stains come out?

We are pretty good at specialised stain removal and if it’s possible for it to come out we can likely get it out! However not every mark on a carpet / upholstery is a (soiling) stain.The way your carpets look are influenced by a few things
